Cancellation Policy

• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without calling or notifying will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the service cost before booking a new appointment. • After two no-call, no-shows, the client may be banned from booking future appointments. • To avoid penalties, please communicate any changes at least 2 hours in advance per the cancellation policy.
